Kiadis’s two lead products, Theralux™ and NB1011, are currently in Phase I/II clinical development. Theralux™, a photodynamic-based therapy, is being evaluated in three therapeutic areas: the prevention of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD), the treatment of autoimmune diseases by extracorporeal photochemotherapy (ECP) and the eradication of cancerous cells from bone marrow transplants in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL).
